Flowers are a product of mother nature and we cannot always control the longevity of each stem. If you receive flowers that do not look fresh or perhaps was just a bad seed. Please contact us immediately so that we can fix the sad blooms and get you fresh flowers before your event.
YES! We get it! Planning an event is stressful. If you would decide that you no longer want to design the flowers yourself with your bride tribe we do offer a refund.

1. Order must be cancelled within 30 days of your event. We will refund your order minus a $50 administrative fee. We will refund back to the original card within 14 business days.

2. If your event is less than 30 days we will refund 50%.

3. If your event is less than 2 weeks we will not refund your order for any reason.
Pick-Up: The warehouse is open Mon-Fri from 7:30a-3p. We suggest picking up your order 2-3 days before your event to assure enough time to create all your event florals. We require a $100.00 minimum order for pick-ups.

Delivery: Yes! We do deliver to your home or office on Wednesday the week of your event. The minimum delivery fee is $75.00. Once we have your delivery zip code we can give you a more accurate delivery amount. We require a $450.00 minimum order for delivery.

Shipping FedEx: We ship to all Colorado zip codes for a service fee, we require a $500.00 minimum order for FedEx overnight shipping.
